Its location is the best and perfect so close to shops, the underground what goes to the airport and Oriente bus station and the centre with the metro or bus. The hotel staff is gentle and helpful.
As we remember, there was no lift.

The king room I booked was incredibly comfortable. The beds were good, the bathroom was clean. It had perfect and great location near to a platform like Booking, the underground and Arroios close to shops, cafes, restaurants. And it's relatively close to Delicia de arroios, ate there once or twice.

The rooms were comfortable, really kind staff. The price was £ 14. The location was good and perfect for traveling around Lisbon, near shops, cafes, restaurants and a metro station, cheap restaurants and supermarkets. It also was in a platform like Booking. No complains at all, I greatly enjoyed this place, can recommend.

All the staff was superfriendly and amiable, resolved my issues. The room was clean and cheap and I appreciated the central location. Had shared bathroom with all essentials. Location: the hotel was right by a platform, airport and Oriente bus station and the underground.
There was elevator missing.

The hotel in details was great and neat. Amazing and incredible room, lovely breakfast. The people there were lovely at all times. Pool was brilliant and beds were fine. An amazing beach, perfect view. The lobby restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu.
